PRESERVE
Can-Bor
Can-Bor is a ready to mix borate powder; mixed with water to a 10-15% concentration. Can-Bor is a pre treatment for logs and wood siding that protects against rot, weather, insects, and fungi that all pose a serious threat to your logs. Protect your investment—treat your logs first to make them last. Can-bor helps protect your home from the costly damage caused by rot and insect infestation.
Prevent Wood-Ingesting Insects and Wood Decay.
Use on interior and exterior wood prior to stain or coating, to prevent insects and rot. Trace amounts of moisture can make their way into the wood via new cracks and checks. that is when Can-bor goes to work to prevent rot until you can seal those cracks up. Can-bor costs 5 times less than glycol-based borate products. Cut down on time, 24 hours after applying Can-Bor stain can be applied.
How much Can-Bor do I need?
One 20lb. /6 gal. pail will cover approx. 3000 sq. ft. at 10% solution. One 1.5 lb. pail will cover approx. 200 sq. ft. at 10% solution.

Cobra™ Rods – Installation Instructions
Use the appropriate diameter drill bit to accommodate the appropriate size of Cobra™ Rods you wish to use. Drill to a depth deep enough to accommodate specified number of rods per hole. Insert suitable size and number of Cobra™ Rod(s) one at a time to assure adequate preservative loading Seal the treatment holes.

How Much Stain do I need?
First you will need to know the square footage of the total area you are planing on staining. To figure out the square footage first take the length of the wall in feet, then multiply that by the height in feet. Add up the square footage from all the walls you plan on staining and this will be the square footage that you plan to stain.
